Dog: Life changer
Of course, that is the best start to blogging. Dog, Umm...no we should give them a proper name first.
Hmm.....What can be a name for a happy, lovely soul in 4 legs and a wagging tail?
JOY. Yes, this one word explains all things that a 4 leg with a wagging tail can bring to us.
Our light, Our way to escape depression, anxiety and stress, our sleepers chewer, the one because of whom a carpenter phone number or some random furniture fixture DIY videos become our daily dose for damages. Hahaha.
But nothing can replace them. The 14-15 years they made our lives so simple yet joyful. They make space in our hearts as no one could ever replace them.
Dog's lives are too short. Their only fault, Really- Agnes Sligh Turnbull (author, The Wedding Bargain)

Scratch a dog and you'll find a permanent job.- Franklin P. Jones(humorists)
And I truly found one when I scratch my first ever pet JOY (dog), whom we adopt. Never realized it until the day I was about to lose her. She was sick and that's a long story back. I never really want to remind myself about that.
She was so small that I could even hold her in my hands back then and now I can't even hold her in my arms. She is a big girl now. Big enough to make me realize that I can be a better mother every day. She teaches me few very important things that every JOY (dog) owner could sense:
- Patience
- Well-Timed
- Regular towards few things
- Perfectionist
- Healthy
- Emotionally imperfect. Of course, puppy eyes.
And many more. Maybe I am still learning. And truly I want to learn forever.
All JOY (dog) owners must have experienced bites and scratches. So, this one is for you,
She bites me sometimes, she also gives me scratches sometimes. I usually get frustrated when she does so but I never realized maybe the scratches were to get that pain out of me that was pushed harder in the corner of my heart because of some handful of bad humans. So that the space can be filled out with love. And if this is so, then
I am ready for all the ups and downs, all I need is my JOY (dog) with me.- Yukti
They teach us in every aspect of our life. Dogs do talk but only with the one who can understand them.
They are a life changer.
This is really so beautiful and relatable. My Joy brings me so much happiness 💖 Well written 🥰
